Supported by 35 years of practiced experience in information technology, telecommunications and software, Mr. Yeong Kook Kim notably served as chairman of Ezfarm, Inc. and the chief executive officer of Smartnet Technology. With Ezfarm, he was responsible for representing the company and establishing its products, including the automated smart-farm system, Hydroponic Cultivated, which provides farmers with the comprehensive management information to distribute and sell their products. Additionally, Mr. Kim created the Management Information System on Livestock Farming, allowing farmers access to valuable online services to help them manage and grow their livestock productivity.
In his role with Smartnet Technology, Mr. Yeong Kook Kim supplies telecommunication service providers with high-performance networking technology. Prior to obtaining his current positions, he accrued expertise through executive positions with Cybertek Holdings, TriGem and Dacom. A board member with the Korea Israel Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Kim earned a Bachelor of Science in physics from Korea University and an Master of Business Administration in the management of ICT business from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
For his excellence in the field, Mr. Yeong Kook Kim’s company has been recognized with the Grand Prize for being Korea’s Leading Company in Agriculture IT Solutions from Money Today.
