Backed by considerable expertise in business, Mr. Donghwan Kim serves as a business intelligence, finance and operations senior manager for Reebonz Korea, for whom he began working in 2013. Additionally, he channels his love of the arts into his work with Radiate Positive Vibes, where he has flourished as an actor, director, composer, songwriter, designer, disc jockey, marketer and merchandiser. Throughout the course of his career, he has also gained valuable expertise in business as an online marketing manager with Win Investment in 2019, Solar Fintech in 2018 and The Zone Fund Korea in 2017. Previously, he worked for Groupon Korea as an operations project manager and as a consultant for Platform. Mr. Kim’s inaugural roles in the field were that of a research assistant for The Boston Consulting Group and as a combat policeman with the Daegu Metropolitan Police from 2007 to 2009.
After earning a degree in art and design from the University of the Arts in London, Mr. Donghwan Kim decided to pursue a career in business, receiving a Bachelor of Science in accounting and finance management from Northeastern University in 2014. Likewise, earned a master’s degree in international business from Hult International Business School the following year. Dedicated to those less fortunate, Mr. Kim has contributed to his community through the Guardian Circle of UNICEF since 2013.
Attributing his success to hard work and a genuine love for what he does, Mr. Kim was initially drawn to his current career due to overwhelming cynicism he beheld by reading the news every day. By blending his passion for art with the field of marketing and the study of religion, he discovered that he could parley his lessons of positivity towards others, and bring happiness to the world. In the coming years, Mr. Kim aspires to finalize this nonprofit project, and fully realize his dreams.
