With 50 years of professional experience to his credit, Mr. Sun Hwan Lee is the president of Shinsung Electronics Ltd. Alongside his primary endeavors, he was the managing director of the Han River Basin Environmental Master Plan Project from 1982 to 1983. Likewise, he has contributed to “The First in Korea, 154Kv 55,000KvA: Substation Installation and Operation,” which was published through Civilian Korea Fertilizer Company in 1967. He was inspired to pursue a career in the field by a desire to participate in industrial development.
Prior to embarking on his career, Mr. Sun Hwan Lee pursued an education and earned a Master of Science. He is certified as a professional engineer, he holds two patents on apparatus, and he has registered four utility model patents. He has been recognized for his contributions with numerous accolades, including having received a Certificate of Appreciation of Advancing Technology for Humanity for his 50 years of service between 1968 and 2018.
Maintaining affiliation with the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, Mr. Lee is notably a 50-year loyalty lifetime member of the organization. Additionally, he is a member of the Affinity Group of Seoul, South Korea. Among the notable highlights of his career, he recalls participating in the first civilian 154Kv substation installation and operation as a crowning achievement. Looking toward the future, he intends to continue his career with Shinsung Electronics Industries Ltd.
