Dr. Hak Cheon Kim is the founder of Founders Triple Diamond of Amway Inc., also serving Amway of Network Marketing since 1995. In addition to this tenure, he founded the Network Marketing University and the Network Marketing Institution. He has also served as the local manager for Korea Investment & Trust Management Co. Ltd. Throughout his career, Dr. Kim has helped to market global investment across the Asian and Pacific areas of the world.
Prior to embarking on his professional path, Dr. Hak Cheon Kim pursued a formal education at Kyonggi University in South Korea, where he obtained a Doctor of Philosophy in network marketing. His doctoral dissertation focused on the effects of management assets on the reward performance of network marketing as focused on the headquarters’ core competence and ABO’s marketing capability. For this accomplishment, he was awarded the Best PhD Dissertation Award in 2018. Dr. Kim was also certified by the Ministry of Education, Science, and Technology and served in the Korean Army.
Outside of his primary trade, Dr. Kim authored one book, “Shared Economic Technology in the Age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.” Involved with the Amway Founders Council, he received the Ministry of Finance Minister’s Award from the Ministry of Economy and Finance on their Saving Day in 2000. Today, Dr. Kim resides in Korea with his loving wife, Kyong Ju Park, with whom he has raised two wonderful children, Ja Yon and Sung Gon. He is also the proud grandfather of one granddaughter, Sienna Pantumsinchai. Dr. Kim has been known to enjoy playing golf and landscaping in his spare time.
